Friendly and comfortable stay in Franklin!

Check-in was great - very friendly and accommodating staff. Indoor pool was a hit with the kids. Nice breakfast.

Nothing. The only room service we got was exchange towels. We had to empty trash cans. Never cleaned floors the whole time we were there. Pillows were yellow, only had clean pillow cases on the yellow pillows. Not a good experience.

This hotel was super clean and quiet! The front deak staff was very polite. I could hear the room above me walking around quite heavily, but i was so tired it didn't matter. It was a great stay for a solo traveler.
