“We have loved this stay. It has been said and repeated, location is unbeatable as the traffic to enter the park can be really heavy, even in the so-called low season. But on top of that, the appartment is comfy, spatious, well maintained and kitchen decently equipped. The host has been super responsive when we had little issue with an appliance, which got fixed almost immediately. The only caveat I would have is we can hear a lot of the appt#3 from the room, so I guess it depends of your……

“Literally across the street from Zion. Beside park lodging, you are the first property. The Subway downstairs has great coffee and a really, really nice staff. 30 minutes from Davis supermarket and 40 from a Walmart. The owner was on site almost every day- very friendly and helpful. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know traveling to Zion”

“We enjoyed our stay, the location was ideal for our purposes and it was a nice comfortable spot to return to at the end of the day. My only suggestion, because we are big morning coffee lovers, would be a coffee pot, kureig or something similar to help get the day started. Otherwise it served our purpose well and we were very comfortable.”

“It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!”

“We enjoyed this beautiful home in the midst of beautiful scenario just minutes from Zion. We could walk to local restaurants and shops and the Zion shuttle, short distances that worked after long hikes in the park. The host was attentive and the amenities were accurate, we had everything we needed. The satellite TV was out but that may be common here. And suggest the host upgrades the kitchen and bath countertops. All else great and very comfortable.”

“Mike and Yareli’s place was really perfect for us! It was adorable, practical, clean, quiet and the perfect location for all we wanted to do! While stating there we went to Zion for a day, Page, Arizona to kayak Lake Powell and hike Antelope Canyon and then another day exploring lots of fun trails in Kanob! ( The Toadstools Trail was very cool!) Communication was seamless! Appreciated the coffee pods, chocolates and waters!!! I would highly recommend!!!”

“My wife and I needed a place to stay one night while we went to a concert at Tuachan. We were really impressed by the clean look and layout of the place! There is a lot to like about this place. Of the hundred great things about the place, there was only one negative. The king mattress was quite uncomfortable for me. I was awake multiple times during the night with back and shoulder aches I don't normally have.”

“If you are looking for a nice place to stay while in the Zion area, this is obviously an option. The hosts make sure you have all you need and provide a spacious, clean basement apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The extra sofa bed in the living space is very comfortable, so if you need it, you can count on it for a good night's rest! The complete kitchen has it all, even peanut butter in the cupboard! Great Wi-Fi and parking too. The only thing missing for a long stay is a laundry……

“We had a great stay at this property. The property was immaculate and cozy. Our family of seven was very comfortable and had plenty of space. Everything in the apartment was like new. The kitchen has no oven or stove, but two plug-in portable burners worked great for us. Additionally, the communication from the property owner, Hollee, was excellent, and their processes were straightforward to follow. I recommend this property and would gladly stay there again.”

“Place was great, shower is sooo big. They had food in the kitchen I could use, so after a long day hiking and I couldn’t eat in the road it was great to cook some quick spaghetti. Great place, highly recommend!!”

“The guesthouse was perfect. Clean and comfortable. We loved the big refrigerator to hold all of our food and drinks. We like bringing our own food and the owners here had all the kitchen utensils to make our trip excellent. Bed was comfy and I loved being able to visit with the horses and thought it was so sweet that their cats and dogs would greet us when we arrived. Thank you for your hospitality. “It was such a great experience staying at this accommodation! I recommend it to everyone. Everything is provided: Towels, dishes, coffee, water, AC, clean showers and restrooms. Each tent has its own fire pit, barbecue and water station. Charles is always available if you need anything and he helps with everything. ”

“Great clean tents! The bathrooms could be a bit cleaner- the water kept pooling up in a couple of the showers because I’m assuming the drains were clogged. The beds were super comfy, but the pillows themselves were the only complaints in our group of four. We also recommend lights outside of the tent that can be turned on in the evenings! We arrived at night and had to use our cell phone flashlights to bring our luggage in. The chairs outside would be super cool if they were more for camping.……
