“The property was very clean and a cute cabin. It is located very close to sites & activities in the Black Hills. We will stay again, if they provide a larger hot water heater. There is a sign posted that they have limited hot water with only a 30 gallon capacity water heater. We found that inconvenient for our group of 4 adults. Otherwise, we loved staying there.”

“Cabin perfect for two people. We had our 9# Minature Schnauzer with us. Kitchen had everything needed for meals. Bathroom was small but shower had great pressure and nice hot water. Bed was quite comfortable with nice wall mount TV. Parking was right in front of cabin. Cabin centrally located for all of our planned sites we visited. Thnx!”

“Cabin was for hunters or bikers not so much ages 69-90. AC was a wall unit in the living room. You needed to stand on furniture to adjust. It did work. No AC in either bedroom with limited plug ins. Less than 2 foot door openings to bathroom and one of the bedrooms. It was clean. It did not come with kitchen dish towels. Maggie was helpful our first night. We did not ask for anything after her helping us with ice. It is a great location in Hill City to reach all the sights in the area. Quiet……
