Shower/tub were very dirty, one of the bed spreads was visibly dirty/stained, and breakfast options were not attended to or replenished and hot items were pretty cold. Truthfully, it was overpriced for the quality...or lack thereof.

We arrived late for our reserved room. Limited parking. Staff was friendly. Attempted to charge an extra fee for our third adult even though I made the reservation for three. Room was average. Tub had been painted and was badly peeling. Breakfast was adequate.

The front staff were very nice and efficient but this property is awful for being part of the Choice hotels family. Stained and dirty looking bedding. Outlets hanging out of the wall. Dirty walls and tub and the hot free breakfast was bare bones, expired products and the waffle maker only half worked to feed a busy hotel.
