Well communicated contactless check in, beautiful property and rooms, cute little town, and the breakfast was good! Coffee was great, Charlie makes a great flat white! Parking can be a little bit of a nuisance, and like many historical properties no elevator so if you need help with your luggage plan ahead as the property is not always staffed. Lovely. Also Forrest Park is not to far down the road if you would like a lovely walk around the lake. the Parson's Nose is quite good as a dinner option - in walking distance of the property.

Fabulous! Only one tiny downside was that there was a complimentary bottle of water for each guest in a little fridge in the hallway. By the time we got to it in the evening there were none left. But otherwise, couldn't fault it, and the breakfast was fab!
