「Quaint homey feel.」

「The place appeared unkept on the outside. There were cigarette buts on the walkway and the tiles were broken. I thought it was strange for a bed to be in the living room and the second bedroom had a table and chairs in it. The bathroom lights were bare light bulbs. It’s an old house and needs some fixing up.
