“I really liked this property because the photos make you think that you are all alone on the property in the country. When we arrived we found out that the cabin is actually in the back of the property. There is a house in the front of the property that I would assume belongs to the owners. The location of the cabin made me feel like it was a guest house. Otherwise it was very quite and no one bothered us while we were there. The host was very sweet and helpful.”

“Perfect location for 3 generations to celebrate an Aggie Graduation! The back porch was an awesome place to visit and enjoy the peaceful location while we used the pit to cook burgers. Big bonus was that the master bed was extremely comfortable.We would definitely consider staying again.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts are simply nice people and were very helpful and kind. The place itself is quiet and built very well with all of the accommodations needed for simple comforts. My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament and am definitely going to book again because we simply loved the way the place was put together and the location. Grounds are beautiful, exterior tubs were just cool and enjoyable with plenty of hot water and listening to the farm animals while……

“We enjoyed our stay. My 8 year old animal lover keeps asking when we can go back. Highlights were bottle feeding the baby goats and sheep, riding the ponies and horses, golf cart rides, feeding the animals, and getting up close to the animals.”

It was secluded enough that we could enjoy our time outside without any concerns but close enough to town to shop and go to restaurants. The home and pool were clean and very well maintained and we were very impressed by the decor. There was something to do for everyone and we can't wait to book our next visit.”

“Stayed at the Sanctuary for a baseball weekend at The Ranch in Franklin. House is conveniently located within half a mile of the field. The house was super clean and had everything we needed and more for the weekend stay. Had room for more if 2 families or possibly 3 dads and sons wanted to stay together.”
