Comfortable and very clean just one block from the beach. 2Bed/2Bath condo in Forest Gardens, South Forest Beach area near Coligny.. This includes a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and electric range/stove, toaster and coffee maker. You will also find a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. There is a single over double bunk bed in the guest bedroom. The very spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed with attached private bath. This is a beautifully landscaped complex with walking trails and bicycle paths that will take you anywhere on HHI, or enjoy the pool nearby. You also have tennis, biking, golf, shopping and dining at Coligny Plaza all within a few minutes of the condo. Sorry, but no pets and no smoking.

Easy route to the beach and very clean. Loved that it was on the ground level and there was a semi-shaded area to keep the bikes right outside the door. Easy check in and good communication too!

Perfect place for a perfect beach vacation

This place is just what we needed for our family of 4! Our girls loved the bunk beds and the open concept of the kitchen and living space. Ground floor was awesome, close to shops, restaurants and public beach parking!

Birthday Getaway

This was a great property for my family. Fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, cold a/c, quiet pool and good seating area. Really appreciated this little things like coffee filters, dish soap and laundry pods that were available to us. Easy walk to beach.

Lovely place to stay in Hilton Head.

My sister chose this place to stay on our yearly sisters vacation. The home is lovely, super clean, and a perfect place to come back to after a busy day exploring, shopping and beaching. It was close to everything. It is about an hours drive to Savanah, GA. Totaloved. Thanks to the owners

Beauitiful condo

Nic, well stocked and plenty of room for everyone. We loved this condo, rhe owners had it well appointed. Would definitely stay here again. Only down side is the closet beach access had a long walk through the sand but it was more private than accessing the beach at Colginey.

HHI Get Away April 2024

My wife and I wanted a spring get away and chose 13 nights at this condo. This condo was exactly as described in it's location to the beach and to stores. The photos accurately show the interior. The location of the condo is secluded and we made full use of the deck area when not at the beach. We found it a good spot to explore S Carolina and Savannah. Good value foe the money.

Clean accommodations and close to the beach, as described in the write-up. But, the views from the windows were sad and the walls are very thin. Listening to the people above and their music was not what we were expecting. Again, good location for the beach & the pool facility was also clean.

Winter in HHI

Beautiful setting to stay on Hilton Head island the owner is excellent to communicate with answers right away for any questions you might have. The unit is the best stocked with kitchen supplies as well as items required in the bathrooms. The unit is only two blocks walk to the ocean with easy access. Restaurants are readily available as is Coligny park area.

Month in Hilton Head

We spent a month at this condo. It was fantastic. We walked everywhere - to the beach, to dinner, to happy hour, even to outdoor concerts at Celebration Park three times. It was great. It also had a well-stocked kitchen where we cooked multiple dinners and a very comfortable master bedroom. We would rent again.

We’re already planning a return trip

This condo quickly felt like home. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed all the little amenities. The place was very clean and exactly as pictured - a little bigger than we expected actually. Our kiddo loved the bunkbeds. The master bed was comfortable . But I do wish there were blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The rooms did get pretty bright pretty early. By day 2 we decided we wanted to come back to Hilton Head next year and stay in the same place. The walk to the beach was about 15 minutes pulling a wagon with a 9-year old walking with us. The pool was great, we went several times. Perfect for the evenings with a kid. We did walk into town to the Coligny Plaza Shopping Center once. That was a bit far for us. I’d recommend riding a bike or driving. We did discover that if you went around 5-5:15 you had a much better chance of getting a parking spot and little to no wait to be seated to eat. We went later one evening and had about a 45 minute wait. But we liked walking around and checking out all the shops while we waited.

Perfect location

Very clean and neat. Not overly beachy decorated. The twin ovee full bed is tight for a full size teen but it works. Plenty of towels and other supplies Host was great and responded quickly and competently. There are beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards. Also some plastic beach toys. We brought our own beach towels. Pool is fine, nothing fancy. Quiet area and a short walk to the beach, maybe 5 min. Bikes are available to rent just a 2 min walk away. Traditional coffee maker not Keurig.
