Just a fabulous property all the way around. Looks exactly as listed. Plenty of parking. Ninja blender. A/C worked great. Room for plenty of folks. Bathrooms are super nice. The beach and pool being right there was a big hit. The pool was a bit dirty when we arrived, but with the palm trees and dune brush all around and the wind always blowing, I think a pool would be near impossible to keep clean 24/7. So we got it cleaned on day 2, and it was great. So, I recommend renters request a cleaning right before or upon arrival.

Great week!

We had a wonderful week; a family gathering long in the making and this became the perfect venue. Beautiful home, perfectly situated on the beach. Great parking with double side driveway. Each bedroom with a wonderful view and own bath. We cooked a good deal and the kitchen is very well appointed for all needs. A delightful family home. We had an issue with the spa which never got warm, so we gave up, which made little difference to our enjoyment. Gas grill did not work, but we just worked around that issue. Might have it looked at. We'll be recommending this property to friends! A gem.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice home; however, a few issues were noted- the microwave doesn't work very well (timed cook doesn't work- you would have to press '1' for 1 minute for example, but no option for entering your own cook time); the bed in the downstairs king secondary bedroom needs a box spring or even a board as the mattress is falling through the support rails underneath making the bed very lumpy; and there should be floor mats on the inside of the sliding doors going out to the deck and pool to minimize tracking of sand. I constantly had to sweep up sand throughout the lower level as there is no way to wipe you feet coming in to the house. Also it would be helpful to spray the area around the pool for ants, as there were swarms of red ants on the path from the deck to the pool (and from the pool to the beach). It was impossible to go outside without shoes on, as we would get bitten immediately!

We have stayed in this home 3 summers, this was the first time with BRBO and I must say the process was much easier and smoother. We love the location and the home in general. It is an older home but the location and beachfront makes it a great summer vacation spot.

The house has the most amazing view of the ocean! The property was extremely clean. My family of 5 enjoyed the easy access to the beach and spent lots of time in the pool and on the back deck. What could make the house perfect would be adding a platform deck where the lounge chairs are behind the pool. The hill with pine straw is covered with ants and it’s not very inviting. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay in the house and would definitely return!!

The best spot for a family vacation

First off, this home was very clean when we arrived. We didn’t need to clean anything before unpacking, so kudos to your cleaning staff! This home had everything we needed for a fantastic family vacation. The bathrooms were gorgeous and we enjoyed that each room had its own bathroom. The pool and spa were wonderful. The location right on the beach and close to shops was exactly what we were looking for. The management company also responded quickly to questions. The home Alexa was a nice touch! We would highly recommend this property! Thank you for helping make our family vacation very enjoyable!
