Great location, beautiful condo and lots of extras

We stayed here for a week with our family. It was a great location for everything. There was a hallway closet that contained chairs and a wagon and some other beach toys. Highly recommend!

Family Beach Vacation

Enjoyed our beach vacation at 304 Ocean One very much. We only had one car so the convenience of being so close to coligny plaza was a real plus.

304 Ocean One was the perfect vacation spot for our family. We enjoyed the close access to the beach. We also liked walking to dinner at Coligny! The condo was clean and comfortable. The people were great to work with. We will be back!

Hilton Head Island vacation

We went as a family. We had a wonderful time. The unit was beautiful, just as in the pictures. Everything in it was top quality. It was clean, and well kept. We loved the security of the complex both at the main entrance and at the pool gate. The short walk to the beach was great! The pool was also great! We also loved the short distance to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and the outlet malls. In short, we loved it!

Great location and layout

If you love the beach this is a great location. A quick ride down the elevator and a one to two minute walk to the ocean. The pool is very nice as well! The layout of the condo was great for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the furniture on the balcony was great. We also appreciated having plenty of extra towels - nice touch. The only negative is the furniture in the family room. The chairs are reasonably comfortable but the sofa was awful. It's time for an upgrade.

Lots of good things about this

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and very nice updates to the Condo. Kitchen was equipped decently but definitely not as well as some. Great updates to bathrooms except for shower heads. Beds and linens very comfortable. It was my mistake I didn’t realize the unit faced parking lot instead of the ocean.

Everything was very and equipped with everything, we would have liked seeing beach from room but we

We were retired teachers and I was oldest and had a little problem with registering online. Not sure where to submit this but : handle on microwave is loose. -shower door (bathroom next to road with King bed) inside handle loose and bottom of the door is not attached.

Excellent location

This property was perfect for us. It is a very short walk to the beach and pool and there are many shops and restaurants in walking distance as well. We have young children and everything was very convenient for us. The condo itself was very nice and had plenty of space for our whole family. We would definitely stay here again

Great stay!

Such a great place with tons of room and had everything we needed! Smart TVs in every room was so nice. The outside closet with beach chairs and toys was also perfect! We had so much fun here and will be back!

May Breakaway

Finally able to travel, we rented this beautiful modern condo to be with family. The location was perfect, easy steps to beach and pool. Walkable to great shopping as well. Extra comfort and decor was lovely. Super clean as well. Would definitely recommend!!
