This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beach house is in a spectacular location, biking distance of the beach. It's situated in the Heritage Woods section of Sea Pines Plantation - just off the trail to the beach (only a ten-minute walk or a five-minute bike ride). The back deck is extremely spacious, and is perfect for barbecues. A large lagoon accents the surroundings, offering water views from inside and outside the house.

This picturesque setting is located in a warm and friendly neighborhood in Sea Pines. Bike trails surround the neighborhood making beach access accessible in minutes. It's also a very short bike ride to Harbour Town to the West, and to South Beach Marina to the south. The nearby Sea Pines Beach Club features a beach shop, restaurant and outdoor grill, an outdoor tropical bar, and nightly entertainment. There are two access paths to the beach that are closer (see map) and offer ocean tranquility and beach beauty along some of the most valuable residential property on the whole island.

A serene lagoon view greets you from all angles in and around the house. The home features new hardwood floors, newly renovated kitchen, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen area, and cathedral ceilings - all on one floor. The home has an open and bright floor plan with lots of windows and skylights. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, double sliding doors to the deck, and ceiling fan. The dining area is separate, but open to the living room. The fully-stocked, gourmet kitchen is completely remodeled. With granite countertops and new tiling. There is a kitchen bar separating the kitchen from the breakfast and sitting area.

In summer I would rent this house. Close to beach and great home. However, we came in December. Three things were important. Pet friendly, heated spa, and fireplace. Several homes available. We chose this one. In the end, Pet friendly was only thing that was true. Pool heater never got spa above 65 degrees. The fireplace that was mentioned three times in the description of home had a sign that said “for decorative purposes only.” Had the description been accurate on an ineffective heater (since changed) and a fireplace that can’t have a fire, we would’ve never rented there. In the end, we did get a “sorry” so there’s that.

The house location was perfect. Just a couple of minutes' bike ride to the beach. So many walking and bike paths with the dog and kids! The pool and hot tub were a great addition to the house and made our stay even more enjoyable!

Beautiful Pool, Comfortable Beds, Close to the Beach

Everything was easy, just as it should be on vacation. Check-in was simple, check out was the simplest we've ever experienced. The backyard and pool are perfect, the beds are comfortable, and internet was quick enough for remote work. A beautiful beach is a 10 minute walk away and the neighborhood is picturesque with lovely homes, palm trees, and plenty of Spanish moss. The home is complete with everything necessary for a relaxing time. What else is there to say? Highly recommended.

Awesome Experience

This was our second stay at this same property and we loved it again! The rental agency was exceptional and prompt in answering questions. We had two adult couples and more room than we needed, but enjoyed the close walk to the beach, the great bikes for use, the heated pool and expansive private deck overlooking the lagoon. It's truly a gem! Thanks again to Island Rentals of Hilton Head - and specifically Jay!

Great location to beach. Loved having the bikes and the beach chairs are a great addition! The home is beautiful and was clean. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The beds however, are very hard. As if sleeping on a board. The smaller beds make so much noise when one moves. This could be an easy fix to create a 5 star experience.

Great location and Pet Friendly Place!

Family of four - adults & a dog - had a wonderful time. Home was comfortable and clean. Could use a few fixes here or there, but nice overall and wonderful location. We thoroughly enjoyed the bicycles and short walk to the beach, as well as the pool, which had nice shade during part of the day, but mostly full sun! Great time and we would book it again!

Amazing location, great pool, solid home

Everything was perfect other than the house shows its age much more in person vs the pictures. Owners could have a handyman fix a bunch of small things and have the cleaning company do a deep clean every now and then. Those two things would go a long way. We loved the layout of the home however, and it was very spacious for what we needed. By the end of our trip we wished we could buy the place and put some TLC into it, has a ton of untapped potential. Location relative to the beach and Harbour town, security of the gated community, and the pool were the highlights of the property. Would consider staying again.

Beautiful house, but needs maintenance

The house location and private pool were beautiful. All the mattress were wonderful, and plenty of clean towels. The bike and beach accessories were awesome. But the house needs major maintenance. All the sliding glass doors except one didn’t work properly. The toilet in guest bathroom will continue to run unless handle is adjusted with each flush. The dishwasher didn’t work at all. The showers were caked with soap scum and mold. The grill was so dirty it wasn’t useable. I understand the owners haven’t been there for awhile but they need to address these issues.

We had an amazing time. We brought our dogs and they had an amazing time. The house was beautiful. It needed a few touch ups but what house doesn’t. Loved the walk to the beach! We just loved everything about this stay! Wish we stayed longer!
