Wedding Stay

Great property to stay at with a group of couples. Each room has its own bathroom. Management company was easy to communicate with. Safe neighborhood. No pool towels however.

Spring break

We loved this property. A few hiccups with the stove, water, and heating the pool. However, management was right on top of it and fixed the issues as soon as possible. Would def stay here again!

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful and had penty of room for 19 of us. 9 chidren aged 2-16. The pool was the perfect temperature for the first week of August without heat. The walk to the beach is very short. The kitchen is well equipped; we had everything we needed. Plenty of towels provided (no beach towels). The extra living room was great for kids playing video games. The house is in a great area too. The adults and older kids used bikes during the week. They also loved the waves and the beach was never crowded. One toilet was not working and they sent someone out immediately. The only negative was the grill was not in good shape. Just an overall great vacation!

Close to Beach

5 married couples found the home very comfortable, we liked the layout of the bedrooms. Loved that the table seated us all. Kitchen modern, with lots of pots, pans, plates and tableware. Extra refrigerator in basement/garage. Soft plush bath towels. Very short walk to beach. Comfortable furniture throughout. Because kitchen and living room are open floor plan, voices and tv carry upstairs which may disturb light sleepers. Opted to not pay to heat the outdoor pool and spa because we thought the cost was too high. Note that there is a separate fee to heat each of them. We would stay here again and also recommend to others.

Best house in 30 Years of coming to Hilton Head!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed in over our 30_ years of coming to Hilton Head. Service was outstanding and all of the staff was courteous and helpful. Response time for questions and resolution to any problems was fast and courteous. We loved working with Sunset Rentals. Best service we have ever received in over 30 years of coming to Hilton Head! A wonderful house with a fantastic pool and a very short trip to the beach.
