House needs work / great location

The location of the house was ideal as was the floorplan with four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. However, The house was not cleaned well before we arrived, it smelled like mold/sewer gas the whole time we were there, and was not on par compared to other rentals we have stayed at in the area. When we arrived, we were welcomed by handwritten notes all over the severely corroded refrigerator where the ice maker did not work. In addition, we could not get the Wi-Fi working for days. We were more overwhelmed with the smell when we arrived that lasted the entire week. We called the property manager immediately on Saturday and they did not get back with us until Monday. Normally, in the past other companies got back with us fairly quickly. Turns out the Internet password was incorrect on the refrigerator and they were never able to get rid of the smell which is now embedded in all of our clothes. The furniture was falling apart in some of the rooms, stained and moldy carpet, and mold on the ceilings in some areas. The unrelenting pungent odor every time we came back to the house was the most challenging issue. We’ve always had a positive experience in our past rentals However this was not the case with this home. If you’re looking for a four bedroom, four bath home however, there are not many options and the location was great.

Super nice and roomy home!

We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Great location, super spacious which was great. Loved all the bathrooms for all the guests and the large kitchen table was fantastic. Cleaning services before arrival could be better - some garage in bedrooms not emptied and trash on the floor in bedrooms. Very dusty, especially on the lamp shades. Could use a big 1x super duper cleaning. Also, could use a 1x big tree and bushes trimming so that the pool isn't so dirty. Outside furniture is old and not welcoming at all. Overall, still a very nice place. Thank you very much!

Great location with short walk to beach and coligny plaza

had a great time! The pool is shaded all the time which I didnt like at first but then it was nice to come back to after the beach and needing a break from the hot sun!
