Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay at this unit. It had everything we needed as a family with 2 teens. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pool. Beautiful view!

A great little place!

We had a great stay! The property is a little older, but it is clear that the owner takes pride in the maintenance of it and everything was clean and inviting. The resort itself was clean and well-maintained as well. It was so nice to have all the beach and pool supplies available for our use-definitely helped us pack a lot lighter! And the unit's location was great for both pool and beach access! We didnt have to walk far to find water! If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we would definitely stay here again!

needs fixed up a bit

The patio door is broken or off track as it is super hard to open/close. There is a huge spot in the floor near the living room TV that sink (I was worried about more than one person walking there at a time). The fan outside keeps hitting the wood because its loose. There was dirty clothes on the balcony when we arrived and the cleanliness felt bare minimum. The location was great so that helped.

Another great stay

My husband and I stayed at this rental 4 yrs ago under different ownership. The decor has been spruced up, though the living area still slopes and a carpet covers the cracks in the tile. Josh had all the beach items we needed, so we didn't need to pack any. I didn't see anyone previously list out all the items, so I will do that here for others - 1 beach cart, 1 beach umbrella, several short beach chairs (I think there are childrens chairs as well - we didn't use), 2 doughnut floats, 1 boogie board, a basket full of sand toys, 2 fishing rods, etc. The master bed was super comfy, which means a lot to old people with delicate spines! Thanks to Josh for great stay!

Nice little condo

Lovely, well maintained and upgraded beach view property. The unit is very convenient to the beach access and pools. Although small, the space is utilized super well with extra hooks and shelves and spaces. All in all, a wonderful stay.

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying here. The villa was just the right size. There was plenty of beach chairs for all of us along with toys for the kids and a beach cart to use which was nice. The bed in the bedroom was super comfy. Property manager was great at responding quickly to any email that I sent and check in was a breeze. I would defiantly stay here again.

Great Breach?

Rental was exactly as it appeared in the VRBO listing. Great beach, pool and amenities at the resort. Not a luxury rental but it was very clean and had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay there.

My family of four had plenty of space in this condo unit with a great view of the ocean and close proximity to the pool. Plenty of supplies were available for our use. Communication from owner was very helpful.

Great location near the pool and beach.

Condo had everything we needed, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler. I liked the location being close to the pool and beach. Owner kept in good communication but not intruding. I would recommend this to anyone.

Enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was amazing and was there to help us in anyway. A nice peaceful place to stay. We loved the pool and the easy access to the beach.
