Escape to this recently remodeled, coastal-inspired retreat!

This Huntington Villa has been beautifully decorated with a beach vibe and attention to detail.

Upon entering this single-level floor plan villa, you are greeted by the living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is updated with Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances and has everything you need to cook a meal should you choose to do so. Just off the kitchen the dining area seats six. The living area offers plenty of seating for your family and features a HDTV, two sleeper sofas, and access to two private decks.

One deck is screened-in with a full set of comfortable outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful lagoon views. The other deck features a dining table and gas grill.

The Primary bedroom has a king bed, HDTV and en-suite Primary bathroom. The Primary bath is luxurious with its quartz double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom, or second master suite, features a queen bed, HDTV and its own en-suite bathroom. This guest bathroom has also been updated with a quartz vanity and large walk-in tiled shower.

Huntington's grounds are immaculate and its location makes for very easy access to the beach just across the street. Arthur Hills golf course is very close by, but all amenities are just a short bike ride away!

Very Nice Rental

Close to the beach. (5 min walk) Close to the Arthur Hills Golf Course. Very irritating that you have to organize passes for your guests to visit you, but not that much of an issue. Pool and hot tub not that great, but will do. Overall a good experience.
