Welcome to SeaCrest Villa 1101! The SeaCrest Villas is an oceanfront resort located in the perfect location on Hilton Head Island, directly across the street from Coligny Plaza. Conveniently located on the first floor and just steps from the front entrance, this villa makes coming and going a snap. The villa is also a short walk to the pools and the beach. The open and comfortable living and dining area with its 10-person table will accommodate your entire group. Share sunsets and happy hours out on the two balconies offering lagoon and distant ocean views. On-site, this resort offers a beautiful outdoor pool (heated March through April), a large, outdoor hot tub, and a beautiful sun deck for gazing at dunes, sea oats and spectacular sunsets. The Seacrest complex also offers an indoor AquaTrainer resistance pool and hot tubs in the indoor fitness center.

* Please note: for any stays arriving Memorial Day through Labor Day, you must pick up your wristbands from the Vacasa Rental office in order to enjoy the many resort amenities SeaCrest has to offer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We left the minute we got there as the whole building is covered in tarps and sawing is going on the outside of building. No one told us- we left! Thanks VRbo and Vacasa!! No communication

Golf Weekend

Excellent location and perfect for our annual golf trip. Close to everything including a grocery store. Never used the rental car for the exception of getting us to and from the golf courses. Harbor town 8 min, Herron Pointe and Atlantic Dunes 5 min, Robert Trent Jones 12 min. Perfect along with the weather.

Best time with family

Traveled with my husband and 3 boys (ages 1, 6, and 11) as well as my sister. Perfect setup for our family! A closet full of beach toys—the boys were thrilled. Had everything we needed. I might make a small suggestion of drapes in the room with two beds—the hall light shines in pretty brightly at night. Luckily we have good sleepers so it wasn’t t a huge issue. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Pleasant Stay

There were 6 adults, two 3 year olds, and one 6 month old and we were all very comfortable. The room overlooks a beautiful courtyard. The room was very spacious and offered a lot of amenities. For example, a closet with beach toys for the kids and a well stocked kitchen with a Keurig and coffee pot. The room was clean and spacious for the 3 families. We will stay here again.

Beautiful condo

We love Seacrest and the condo was spacious and decorated beautifully. However, we did have one issue with our condo. We had water dripping from a ceiling vent/air conditioner onto our living room couch and anyone sitting underneath it.

The property is in a great location! The condo does need a little updating but I knew that from past reviews. My only complaint is the condo was not clean when we arrived. I contacted management and they did send a cleaning crew over.

Residence was filthy and very outdated. Hair in showers and on walls of showers. Spent two hours cleaning after arrival. Toilets constantly backed upped and had to be plunged entire stay. We made the best of it

Somewhat disappointing

Location is excellent but this property desperately needs an update. Tiles were cracked in multiple bathrooms, carpeting was stained in the bedrooms, walls need painting, door to patio needs repair or replaced. Access to beach was great and the pools were nice although the beach bar service and quality could be better. Easy walk across the street to multiple restaurants and a piggly wiggly that’s pricey. The Kroger a couple miles away was the best choice

Never Again

Wow, this condo is not at all what the photos make it look like. It is not bright - it is more like a cave. With stains everywhere - the blinds, the carpet, the walls and even the sheets were stained AND we found a hair on the sheets! Food on the patio....and the condo smelled so musty that I was up all night coughing due to it triggering asthma. We arrived at 7 p.m. and left to go home at 7 a.m. Didn't even want to shower there. Need I say more?

A wonderful week at the beach

We had a wonderful time at Seacrest. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable and well appointed. 2 pools and a quick jaunt to the beach. Great vacation!
