You have found a gem! This 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo has excellent views of the ocean! Management has 10 years experience and over 1000 5 star reviews!Located near Coligny Center and inside Seaside Villas! Was just completely renovated, new paint, new furniture and comes with 4 beach chairs and 2 bikes! It boasts an awesome Ocean view from the balcony and living room! You are just a minute from the beach! This condo also offers a KING size bed along with 2 bunk beds (new ladder and bunk rails provided!) .The furniture, bedding, artwork, flooring, appliances, ceiling fans, lamps, mattresses, paint....everything is brand new! The kitchen has all new appliances, dishes, a DUO Keurig, cookware, everything you need. The remodeled bathroom has a full size tub and shower and great lighting. Brand new TALL toilet was just installed. There is extra storage as well! The condo is located near Coligny Plaza, Coligny Beach, the new Celebration Park, bike trails, and of course steps to the Beach! Seaside Villas offers a nice picnic and BBQ area, a newer private outdoor shower area, very nice sundeck near the ocean and a Swing! Seaside Villas has many covered parking spots, an elevator and luggage carts to aid in loading and unloading!

The unit is very clean, nicely renovated and nicely renovated. The kitchen has everything f you need and the whole u it was well appointed. I would definitely recommend and stay here again too.

A nice place to stay

Quick getaway

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was perfect, everything we needed, cute decor, awesome location! We used the bikes to the nearby shops and grocery. The binder with all the details was so helpful. We will be back!

Agree with all the other favorable reviews. Great location, great view, steps to the beach, clean, and responsive host. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. We love being able to walk to shops, bars and restaurants and also like to be right on the beach - this place delivers!

This is a great villa with even greater views! The bed was super comfortable and Lori did a fantastic job of outlining everything one would want to know to make the most out of the unit and area! Highly recommend!

Weekend Getaway

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. We loved that the beach was within walking distance. We also took a stroll on the beach to the more touristy area which was about 5-10 minutes walk to the shopping areas. The kitchen was well equipped i made Cajun pasta one night. Definitely would come back again.

Overdue stress reliever

The beach was clean and beautiful, just steps from our door. Easy access to great local shops and dining. We are caretakers for our parents, and a relaxing time was what we were looking for, and this place delivered! 10/10 would recommend!

Host was very accommodating. We asked for another day and the communication was quick and easy. Property is right on the beach. Comfy bed. Better quality utensils and dishware unlike some rentals that provide cheapish quality in this area. Overall excellent, relaxing experience with my family

Great Weekend Getaway at Seaside Villas

This is our second time staying at one of the Bailey's properties. Like the first one, this condo did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and located close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. Also, we appreciated being able to ride the two free adult bikes that came with our stay. I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

Clean and cozy

Comfortable, clean and nice location. Side note: if you are short, this kitchen may be an issue. I am 5'2" and couldn't reach most dishes (plates or coffee mugs). If my husband wasn't there, I wouldn't have been able to use the microwave. It is mounted much higher than normal.

We were overall pleased with the property. The unit was clean and well maintained. We loved the binder that Lori left. It has very detailed things in it that you need for your stay! Great access to the beach. We made use of the laundry room and it was nice and clean as well. Great little getaway for our family if 4 😊

Ideal location

Ideal location for everything. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and would go for walks or bike rides (2 bikes included in condo price) every morning and watch the sunsets at night. A few minute walk to Coligny Plaza was great for happy hour. Easy communication with the owner and detailed directions made our first day seamless. The condo was clean and well equipped. I can't wait to come back!

Condo was very clean and all the kitchen supplies you would ever need.Only thing that needs upgraded is the sofa in the living room not very comfortable!Also the king bed was very comfortable!
