Property had a great single floor layout and enough room for a family of six. Very close to the front of the neighborhood which was helpful for running errands, and also right next to the leisure Trail.

We enjoyed the open concept ranch style home. It was spacious with a nice pool area. A short bike ride to the beach and leisure trails were easily accessible. The Vacasa staff was very helpful to address any needs during the week.

Fabulous!!!!!

We had almost all of our 11 kids with us on this stay. The house was absolutely perfect. The fully stocked kitchen helped us save money by cooking our meals. The beds were so comfortable. Plus it's only a 10 minute drive to Coligny Beach. Fabulous house. We will definitely reserved it again.

Our family of six appreciated the spacious layout and plenty of beds. However every mattress was very old and house was not as clean as we’d like. Lots of dog hair on furniture/rugs and dust on furniture. Not terrible but definitely won’t be back.

There was an ample amount of linen and kitchenware/appliances for a large group. Be sure to ask for heated pool option ahead of time to ensure availability, it was well heated for us- the pool does not have a heated option, only the spa.

Excellent vacation

The privacy of the home was excellent and having a pool was even better! Plenty of parking, including parking under a carport! Short bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. Lots of space in the den with plenty of seating. Eight chairs at the dining table and 3 barstools. Tons of kitchen items for cooking! The house was wonderful overall and I highly recommend! We had 8 people and 2 small dogs and never felt cramped!

Awesome Home and Location

Location is awesome near stables, garden and beach club. Easy to get to by bike or walking. Pool and home size/layout are fantastic. Pool wasn’t clean or heated when we got there but they came out next day to do both. No beach towels or beach chairs so pack accordingly. Kitchen is well stocked (except no spices or oven mitts). Home could easily fit 8 people or more. Overall, I’d like to give 4.5 stars but system limits it. The few missing pieces just kept me from 5 stars.

Great for family or golf trip

Great layout, comfortable furniture, plenty of bath towels, convenient to the golf clubhouse. I was not expecting a dog-friendly home to be this clean - the kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate. Dog hair is visible on furniture and floors, but less so than I expected. The pool was well-maintained but bc it does not get sun in the small front yard where it’s located, it wasn’t warm enough and the mosquitos were too vicious for our group to spend time outside. You need to bike or drive to food, shopping, beach, which is what the listing described. You get plenty of passes for parking/driving in the gated community, but it was a challenge to get everyone through the gates without taking the time to drive and meet them, so I suggest you get clearer instructions from the vacasa office than I did.

80th bday celebration

The house is nice and comfortable. However, we had several maintenance issues that should have not allowed the house to be rented. The hall bathroom was in the midst of repair and was taped up, mold in the vents and a clogged sink. Master bathroom shower would not drain, main bedroom light did not work. Toilets clogged multiple times. Bedroom tvs did not work. A maintenance man came by but never reported back and did not check back with us. This house should not have been rented in the condition it was in. If those items were fixed the home would be lovely. Too many mosquitos to enjoy the pool or patio. We made it work but will not rent again if managed by this company.

Perfect vacation home for family of 7

We had 4 adults and 3 kids on this trip and the house was perfect - the set up of the bedrooms (one suite on side of the house and a suite on the other) - and the 3 bathroom set up was great. The ocean was a bit further than we expected, but having never been to the island before, we didnt realize that getting anymore required navigating through several streets, but the drive itself to the ocean only took about 6 minutes. By bike, I think it took us about 15 minutes. The spa does not work, which was confusing because there were instructions in the house on how to get the spa heated, and after much back and forth, it was confirmed that the spa is broken - the listing should be updated for that - but the kids loved the pool anyway! The queen bed in the hallway is very hard in my opinion, I had to layer it with a few blankets to make it comfortable enough to sleep on and the twin in the blue room is hard as a rock - I would reccomend upgrading those mattresses, but the other ones were very soft. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider staying at this same house again if we were to come back!

Nice house in Sea Pines

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was clean and the living area is open and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed having the pool to ourselves. It is a bit of a trek to the beach but doable on bikes or driving over and parking. Our granddaughter enjoyed seeing the horses and a trail ride.

Comfortable, Clean, Great Pool!

Loved the house! The pool was great with nice pool furniture, house was clean, beds were comfortable, and furniture in living area was relaxing and plentiful. The kitchen has plenty of cookware if you plan to make meals; nice coffee pot too. The Wi-Fi was excellent. It is about a mile to the beach, but we had bikes and it was no problem and an easy bike ride or walk. Guests will need to pack beach towels. Honestly, we have been vacationing at HH for 20 years, and this house is one of the nicest house rentals we have encountered.
