Exciting News: Our Beautiful New Swimming Pool is Now Open!

Located on South Forest Beach Drive, this exclusive tri-level complex features three-bedroom, three-bath ocean-view condominiums. Each unit offers a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a family room, a laundry room, and a carport. Enjoy stunning views from your private balcony overlooking the courtyard, pool, and the Atlantic Ocean.

With only thirty condominiums sharing a beautifully landscaped courtyard and pool area that opens directly onto the beach, Hilton Head Beach Villas offers an intimate and memorable vacation experience. Each unit also includes a private patio with a barbecue grill, perfect for family gatherings and outdoor dining.

Weekly rentals are available Saturday to Saturday during the summer months, with a 3-night minimum stay required during the off-season.

Great HHI getaway

Very clean and well appointed condo that is close to the beach. Easily sleeps 6-8 adults but only three bedrooms are private.

Great location. Small things needed addressing. Somewhat outdated. Overall we had a good time.

The property and location are great. Close walk to many things. The overall townhouse was nice, plenty of room. Beds were old and not extremely clean when looking close. Ex water bottle found under sofa. Quick response from maintenance for a broken door, but not property manager about dirty bathroom rugs. We would rent in this location again, just maybe not this unit.

Last minute getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic! The short walk through the villa courtyard to the beach was beautiful & tranquil. The unit itself was very clean and we had almost everything we needed. I did notice a couple of things that could use repair like the lower level rack in the dishwasher, the sliding glass doors in one of the bedrooms, & one of the bedroom doors has trouble sticking. These are so minor though they really didn’t affect our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Overall fine. Great location beach pool bike rental across street playground for kids close by. Some issues dishwasher kitchen patio screen door no lock on lower patio door leading to beach. Would still recommend. Easy to take bikes to very wide beach and ride.

Great Beach vacation, updates needed

Fully functional rental but desperately needs updated from the 90s. Futon bed on lower-level extremely uncomfortable and needs replaced also dishwasher needing update not getting dishes clean. This was a last-minute reservation due to last minute cancellation, we were unaware that we needed to check in at the real estate office. Rental agency was very attentive when we called with problems with the internet and TV, coffee pot stopped working (replacement was brought within 30 minutes) After associate checked on the cable it was found to be the owners problem and cable company could not come until the last day of our vacation. This became a problem as one of the guests had internet classes. Pictures on website made rooms appear larger than they actually were. The grounds at the condo and Facilities were outstanding, swimming pool, private walkway

Great Location

My family of six just got back from Hilton Head and stayed in this Villa. Overall, it was a positive experience and we would rent it again. However, the pictures and description made the Villa look a lot larger than it really is. Also, it is not as up to date as the pictures lead you to believe. The decor looks great in the pictures but in reality the unit needs modernizing. The TV in the basement and bedroom were the old style tube TV's. My kids brought their PlayStation and could not hook it up to the basement TV. The kids beds were creaky. Some of the light switches did not work and there were labels on them to tell you which ones worked and which ones didn't. There is virtually no view from the balcony. On the bright side, the washer and dryer worked great. All of the bathrooms had been remodeled and were very nice. The best part is the location. The complex is right on the beach and only a 5 minute walk to Coligny.
