The location of this home is great. The home is roomy. The kitchen is well appointed. However, the pool & pool area is in desperate need of an upgrade. It is very small & not convenient to kitchen or grill.

Great house and location

This was our fourth year in this house and we love it. This year we were pleasantly surprised with refinished floors, new shades, upgraded bathrooms and bedroom furniture. It's a short walk to the beach and in a relatively uncrowded section of the beach. Also, near stores and activities for young people, grocery shopping, etc. We will likely book the house again next year.

What a Great Get Away

Right in the middle of Hurricane Helene..... we came to Hilton Head. What a perfect place to get away for a couple of days.... It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and just steps to the ocean.

Good location, short walk to uncrowded beach, large bedrooms, equipped kitchen. UNFORTUNATELY, garbage disposal didn't work, pool area has standing water by outdoor shower. You had to walk thru it to pool. Drain was clogged. We had a crawling baby in our group and the rattan or woven rugs in living room and dining area should be replaced, dirty.We couldn't get into house until 5pm, one hour late because cleaning crew was there. We should be compensated for that.

Great location

Because it is by the beach, we could walk to it within 5 minutes. We did couple times every day and went back to the well stocked kitchen at this house to eat meals. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms.

The location is perfect, super short walk to the beach, about 25 minute walk to Coligny. The house itself was a nice house with lots of room and natural light. We loved the pool, which was perfect for the younger kids. As stated in previous reviews, the house needs updating and a deep clean.

Girls' Weekend

Lots of room for a relaxing and enjoyable girls' weekend. The bedrooms were comfortable. Some rooms have somewhat dated furnishings while others are very up to date. Kitchen is very up to date but the ice maker had not been turned on in anticipation of our arrival. We didn't request that the pool be prepared for our stay but the area was not even cleaned. Nice neighborhood - quiet and very short walk to the beach.

has a lot of space and perfect for larger groups. It is dated with pillow cases thread bare in some rooms. Our Dishwasher never worked throughout the stay despite having called 2 times. There was a leak in the sink that we notified right away about and it took several days for someone to come. They had no interest in repairing the dishwasher in the time we were there
