Very convenient to the beach. The indoor space was great and rooms were large. Kitchen was week stocked. Only Comment is there was no beach gear provided. Having young children with us, that would have been a plus but loved the house and location. Would definitely go back there.

HH trip 2025

Good location, short walk to uncrowded beach, large bedrooms, equipped kitchen. UNFORTUNATELY, garbage disposal didn't work, pool area has standing water by outdoor shower. You had to walk thru it to pool. Drain was clogged. We had a crawling baby in our group and the rattan or woven rugs in living room and dining area should be replaced, dirty.We couldn't get into house until 5pm, one hour late because cleaning crew was there. We should be compensated for that.

This home is perfect for my family, the layout and the kitchen meets our needs. The home does need some updates. The shower in the master needs to be fixed along with the sink in the shared bathroom upstairs. Being a military family we were able to adjust to these little inconvenience. Loved being able

What a Great Get Away

Right in the middle of Hurricane Helene..... we came to Hilton Head. What a perfect place to get away for a couple of days.... It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and just steps to the ocean.

Perfect for a family week in HHI

We were a family of 10 -- two grandparents (55-65), four parents (30-40), four grandchildren (3-7). This was a perfect home for us. I'll enumerate all of the great things -- great kitchen, living room, dining room and grill area-- perfect for hanging out and cooking. Great proximity to the beach (very short walk). Ample parking. Great location near Coligny. Great "clean-off" area when you get back from the beach. Great Ice-Maker! Tons of plates, glasses & silverware. Great dishwasher and washer/drier. 5 nice bedrooms on two levels. Well lit. Very pleasant. Checkin/checkout seamless and flawless! This is why I give it 5 stars -- it was a wonderful place to host a week-long family trip to HHI. The downsides are minor, but if you're expecting an upscale vacation, that's not what you're getting. This is best for a family. Grandchildren loved the pool. Adults didn't (buggy and dingy). Faucet handles loose, drawers broken, register that drips onto the toilet when you shower, cobwebs in corners -- all minor inconveniences, but if you care about them, they are there. TV's are too small. If you want to stream, bring your xbox or Roku's. I you want a hair dryer, bring one. I want to emphasize that these critical things are minor, and we loved our stay. I just want to mention things that vacationers may care about so that you're prepared. We would return in a heartbeat!

Great location

Because it is by the beach, we could walk to it within 5 minutes. We did couple times every day and went back to the well stocked kitchen at this house to eat meals. Lots of space, bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great area on the island

I just want everyone to know, lock you doors. On Friday, people went into our vehicle’s and stoled items that was not theirs. Once we reported it we find out it happens all the time. So I guess this happens everywhere these days. Besides this misshape the area and the house was nice.

Pros and cons

Location is great and space is enough for a large family. Pictures are not accurate and many things in the house need attention and repair. Pool area is not great to hang out at.

This house was about 1 mile from the Coligny where there are numerous shops, restaurants and a grocery store, and it was a short walk to the beach.

Outstanding Experience

We had family visiting for my daughters graduation and we needed space for 10 people. Could not be happier with this property - plenty of room for everyone to be together, yet plenty of privacy as well. Very short walk to the beach. House had everything we needed for a perfect beach get away. Great location! Close to Coligny and other shopping. I can't recommend this property highly enough. Hope to come back again!

Overall had a nice stay. Location of home is very convenient for beach access. Beautiful home but in need some routine maintenance. Would be helpful to have at least one hair dryer or note not available on listing.

Great space & location for a family vacation

We had a fun and enjoyable time. Easy access to the beach, especially with little ones. Pool area was not attractive and we had no desire to use it. Huge Dining table that fit all of us well. Updated kitchen was well stocked with supplies and was great for having several cooks in the kitchen. Loved the double ovens and 5 burner cooktop! Bathrooms were dated but they were in good shape, clean and served their purpose. Several stains on the carpeted steps. Toaster oven quit the second day and they never came to service it after we called. There were additional fridges downstairs which was wonderful. We cooked all our meals and brought a lot of food with us. No shortage of fridge or freezer space. Nice to have covered space underneath for rainy days with little ones and storage of supplies. Overall, our kids lilked the house layout and location a lot. If you like doing puzzles, you may want to bring your own table. Beware.... there is no hair dryer in any of the 4 bathrooms! I had to go buy one.
