Find paradise between the fairways and the sea at this gorgeous golf course-view getaway! The beach is a short walk away, and on-site amenities include an outdoor pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. When it’s time to explore, all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of the Coligny Plaza area are around three miles away.

At home, spend mornings sipping coffee on your spacious deck, then step inside to make breakfast when you get hungry. The open, airy living area features comfortable, stylish decor, bright pops of color, and a spacious living area designed for Lowcountry leisure. The well-appointed full kitchen boasts a suite of major appliances and all the gadgets you need to make mealtime masterpieces. Smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms ensure complete home entertainment, and the sofa sleeper adds additional sleeping arrangements.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location.

Great location!This condo had everything that we wanted. Walking distance to the beach , close to golf courses,and other amenities. My husband and i rented this unit for the month of march. Great place for family. We had issues with the garbage disposal. Vacasa had somebody come and fix it on the same day i reported the problem. Great service. The access to wifi could haven been better.
