「Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites.」

「First off, booked room was not ready when it was supposed to be... they did not have a cleaning crew on duty to clean our already paid for room. Front staff did what they could to get us a room after a 1000 mi trip. They ended up providing us 2 queens and not the king bed which is fine. Going to the assigned new room there was broken furniture in the halls on the second floor the whole time we were there.
