My room is so small that it cannot house two regular check-in luggage. Things are broken and tops and ledges are slanting in my room. Can't place anything on them. 「We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The smell was horrifying and we did not enjoy the room at all. The room is kind of old, not modern as other guests mentioned.
