"Great location and amazing view of the dragon bridge and city. Staff (Tuan, Huyen, Vy) were incredibly helpful- called airport and got our list baggage delivered to the hotel! Rooms were clean and had all amenities needed even with our missing luggage. Excellent breakfast buffet with many options. "

"The front desk staff were SUPER responsive and helpful especially Trang and Vi. Vi also organised tickets for a boat tour for us and gave clear directions on how and when to get there. We were overwhelmed when the boat stopped at the prime spot nearest to the Dragon's head. The spectacular viewing made-up for a little dampness when the Dragon sprayed water. Haian's superior views also made up for some noise which a couple of earplugs easily fixed."

"This is an excellent hotel to stay in Da Nang. It’s very central and it’s on an island, like a world of it’s own, so quiet and peaceful. It’s in an area of very upscale private homes, yet very walkable to the city centre or the beach. The service is superb from the moment you arrive, breakfast is really good and restaurant at night works so well for a quiet evening. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable. Perfect little hideaway in the middle of the city. Only thing would be NOT to book an airport shuttle, at least double what it should be, airport is very easy to get cab or Grab, not busy and only about a 10 minute ride to hotel."

"When we arrived at the hotel Jan 24,2026 around 11:15 PM. I was in pain due to a twisted and swollen ankle from an accident at the airport. The staff on duty immediately noticed my condition, asked if I was okay, and assisted us right away. They even advised us to go to the emergency hospital for proper treatment. The two male staff members were very caring and helpful. Truly thankful for their kindness and concern. Highly recommended."
