Lovely room with a view. Odd quirk is full length window by shower. Staff was nice and arranged transportation to Hanoi for us. Breakfast was made to order. We had the best beef pho of our whole trip there! Hotel is on a side street so it was quieter but still busy. Close to a few shops and restaurants. I wish it was closer to the main hub of stores etc in Tam Coc but it was easy to get a Grab. A green oasis.

The welcome was warm and kind and helpful. The location is very good near local attractions and good restaurants.

Amazing sized room and bed. The bed was so big my partner and I could starfish and still not touch! I'd say it was even bigger than a California king! 10/10 would recommend this place.

Room was very clean with a fabulous view. The staff could not have been any more friendly & helpful. They make your breakfast to order, with a full plate of fresh fruit. It was an easy walk downtown, yet on the outskirts so it was quiet & peaceful to sleep. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is great, but truly I want to highlight the staff. I’m so sorry I don’t recall your name, but the lady running this place is an icon! She is so attentive, helpful, and kind. We had to leave at 6am and she even offered to pack up breakfast for us to go.
Property itself is so much better than the concrete boxes. It’s tastefully designed, trees growing through, nature-forward. Towels, toiletries, etc provided.
Booking an airport transfer was also so easy, safe, and convenient.
Location, this is the spot. It’s on a main road, but a 4 minute walk takes you to a quiet section behind, OR, go the other way into the city for shopping & liveliness. Exactly what I needed to escape. We will be back!

very nicely designed bungalow hotel along a popular road that is adjacent to Tam Coc river. The good thing is that it is near the popular spot and yet it off the busy part. Quiet place to enjoy the river. Also eco friendly, there is a tree in middle of courtyard and a hole at upper floor was there to accommodate this tree. Staff is super friendly. There is also a new litter of kittens to keep quests happy

We were disappointed in our stay here. The room we were given (“Family Triple Room, Garden View”) did not match the website’s description or photos. We asked if we could switch to another room but the only vacant option had not been cleaned. Our room lacked a balcony and separate seating area as included in the description. The bathroom was gross with only a rudimentary handheld shower that didn’t match the photos. The “soundproofing” was non existent, you could hear conversations from nearby bars in restaurants until late at night.
This place has more of a home stay vibe than an actual hotel. The host was very friendly but communication was difficult. We had friends stay in a different hotel nearby for the same price but had much nicer accommodations. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place and especially not our room type.

Everything stood out, the STAFF were amazing and caring people. The location close to all. The food wonderful. Room comfortable quiet and spacious and very clean. Such an accommodating staff for your every need. We highly recommend this hotel. Small, quiet, close to all, clean. Just great!

Everything was wonderful and the owner was so helpful. She had scooters delivered to us at hotel to use, showed us where to buy best priced fuel to not get overcharged as tourists.
Property is lovely, surrounded in natural Beuty and the buildings had beautiful architecture. Just a lovely place to stay!

Best spot to stay in Tam Coc! We stayed here for 4 nights at room 223 . The location is just on the outskirts of “downtown” quiet and peaceful, but walking distance (5-10min) to anything in town. We were able to rent motorbikes for the days here for such an affordable price. The bed was comfortable, sheets were clean, and the hot water and water pressure were fantastic. I saw negative reviews about bugs, but they seemed to solve that problem as well didn’t have any. The view alone should sway anyone yes to stay here. It’s a mom and pop type of business , the owner and staff were super helpful and nice!

Unfortunately we happened to be in Tam Coc when the typhoon hit, although that was an experience in itself. However, the owner was absolutely brilliant and is such a lovely lady, nothing is too much trouble. Tam Coc is absolutely lovely, as is the hotel. Because we were only there for three nights and two of those were affected by the typhoon we are definitely going to go back to experience Tam Coc and when we do we will make sure we stay here. It's in a lovely spot by the river and is only a 10 minute walk to the main street although having said that there are some really nice restaurants very close by. We will have absolutely no hesitation in returning back here, it is an absolute gem of a hotel.
