We have great pleasure in offering our beautiful 1930s designed home to you. Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house.
The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key!

- In close proximity to... everything! It is minutes from the CBD (2.7km/1.7km to the Elizabeth Street Mall). There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper.
- A great place to base yourself for exploring the wonders of Tasmania - Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls, Mount Wellington, the Huon Valley, the Derwent Valley.
- Located in the suburb of New Town - a great neighbourhood with gorgeous Colonial, Federation and Art Deco architecture throughout.
- Close to the majestic Hobart waterfront, the Botanical Gardens, Salamanca Place, the Federation Concert Hall and the North Hobart restaurant strip – all are just minutes away. There are a smorgasbord of dine-out or order-in eating options available.

- Close to The Tasmanian Hockey Centre, the Aquatic Centre, the Athletic Centre, the Hobart International Tennis Centre and rowing clubs.

- Not far from all shops - with groceries available at the Hill Street Grocer, Coles (New Town) or Woolworths (New Town) - all of which are within a kilometre or so.
Parking
Guests may park in the driveway - although it is narrow in one spot so caution is urged. Ample off-street parking is available. Access to the separate garage is not included.

A generous selection of books are available throughout the house.
Kitchen – Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, fridge, toaster, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, kettle, cooking utensils. A range of breakfast provisions (including cereals, muesli, bread, butter, milk, and a range of tea/coffee), and condiments are also provided.
Fire extinguisher, fire blanket, smoke detectors, and carbon monoxide detector.
Laundry facilities – washing machine, clothes dryer, washing powder, pegs (for external clothes-line). The washing basket, ironing board and iron are located in the hall cupboard.

Additional Beds - We have two hotel quality trundle beds should you have additional guests. Happy to make them available upon request.
Infants and young children: we also have a high chair, porta-cot (and linen) and change table - available on request and at no extra charge (please let us know at the time of booking if you require these).
