"What a great overnight stop to rest and rejuvenate on our motorcycle trip! The home was exactly as described, well maintained and thoughtfully set up for guests. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub! The location was a highlight especially close to restaurants for dinner and breakfast!Communication with the host was fast, smooth and responsive! Great experience overall, we would highly recommend this property and will be back."

"We loved staying at Retro Retreat. When we arrived, everything was thoughtfully put together from the decor to the extras needed to make the stay relaxing. We enjoyed viewing the stars through the outdoor dome in the evening when we first arrived. Throughout the stay, our family enjoyed playing pool and board games. "Celebrating 20 years of marriage at a beautiful cabin located just a few minutes drive to Beavers Bend State Park and all the activities in the area. Very clean and well designed property to kick back and relax. Kitchen had a dual coffee maker...standard or those k-cups. Also, had everything we needed to fix lunch and dinner. Two types of grills were outside; gas and coals. Inside our children loved the loft area with the foosball table, arcade game, and xbox. Outside the kids went back and forth on the zip-line and the hot tub was nice to use in the evening. They had a TV outside by the hot tub, so we could watch our shows and soak. They had horseshoes and a fire-pit. We checked out Grateful Head Pizza and Abendigos while in the area and both were very good eats, but make sure you call ahead. These places were busy and it was a Monday and Tuesday! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. One odd thing about the properties in this area is they are all really nice cabins, but located on gravel roads, so your vehicles will get a bit dusty. It's just how the area is, so make sure you bring a vehicle you don't mind getting a little dirty. Nothing a carwash won't fix, but I found it humorous that you have these beautiful cabins and folks with nice cars that were covered in dust parked in front of the cabins or at the shops in town. This property is at the top of our VRBO stays!"

"We had a great stay at Three Feathers Cabin in Broken Bow and would definitely recommend it.Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end. We booked the cabin well in advance, and all the check-in details and instructions were provided ahead of time. We arrived around 9:00 p.m., but the documentation was clear and made getting into the cabin smooth and easy.After checking in, I had a few questions and reached out to the host even though it was late. She responded promptly through the app and then gave me a quick call to make sure everything was resolved. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful she was.The cabin itself was comfortable, clean, and very homey. A lot of thoughtful details were included for guests, such as towels ready for the hot tub, board games, a nice washer and dryer, and firewood already available near the fire pit. These small touches made the stay feel especially welcoming and are not things we always see at vacation rentals.The refrigerator was cold, and the cabin was at a comfortable temperature when we arrived, even though it was very hot outside. Checkout was just as simple as check-in because the instructions were clear and easy to follow.The location was also great and close to restaurants, activities, and everything we wanted to visit, while the beautiful backyard still made Three Feathers Cabin feel peaceful, private, and removed from traffic.Overall, this was a comfortable and well-managed cabin with a tho"

"When we arrived at the cabin we were disappointed to find that the bathroom had not been cleaned to an acceptable standard. There was urine on the bathroom floor, the toilet lid, the toilet seat, and on the toilet bowl. The condition of the bathroom was unsanitary and unacceptable, especially considering that a cleaning fee was charged as part of the rental. Before my wife could even use the restroom, I had to clean and sanitize the toilet and surrounding area myself. This was not how we expected to begin our weekend. The only solution offered was to have the cleaning crew return the following day with the explanation that this "is not like the cleaning crew". Unfortunately, that did nothing to address the immediate problem. We needed a clean, sanitary bathroom upon arrival, not a day later after I had already been forced to clean it myself. By the time the cleaning crew could have returned, the issue had already been resolved—by me.While I appreciate your acknowledgment that the condition was unusual, the proposed solution did not meaningfully remedy the inconvenience or the unsanitary conditions we encountered.Because I was required to perform the cleaning myself, I believe it is reasonable to request a full refund of the cleaning fee that I was charged. Guests should not be expected to clean bodily fluids left behind by previous occupants or inadequate housekeeping, particularly after paying a separate cleaning fee."
