「Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich sehr angenehm. Alles war sauber, ordentlich und bestens organisiert. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und komfortabel. Besonders gut hat uns gefallen, dass mehrere voll ausgestattete und sehr saubere Küchen zur Verfügung standen.
Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service und die hervorragende Organisation.
Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Punkt, den ich mir für die Zukunft wünschen würde: Leider gibt es keine...

「Unfortunately, our stay started very poorly. We discovered multiple red stains (possibly blood) on the bed sheets, duvet covers, and mattress sheet. When we reported it to reception, we were initially told there were no clean blankets or pillows available and that we should either use the stained bedding or sleep without them. Only later were replacement beddings found from another room.
To their credit, the hotel later apologized in writing and acknowledged that the situation was unacceptable,...
