A great place to stay near the beach in Hoi An. All the staff are great hosts and everything is done with a smile. Extensive breakfast menu that is delicously preparded fresh each morning. We would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Lovely clean, spacious and bright rooms. Nice social and outdoor spaces. Great location between the beach and main road. What makes this property extra special is the 2 sisters that manage it. They will help you with anything you need including transport, day trips, restaurants, etc. They make the place warm and inviting, which makes it feel like home.

The watermark is a lovely calm place and the perfect balance to the busy city Hoi an. We got a very warm welcome with a cool drink. The room was pretty and we had a balcony even with a bathtub. You can choose every day when and what you want for breakfast the next day. The delicious breakfast is handmade and with love. The Team made everything perfect for us, helped arranging a day trip to Cham Islands and we used the laundry service which was nice and easy to book. The hotel it self is 2min away from a calm area of An Bang Beach with the charm of the fisher boats and plenty of options to rent some sun-chairs. It takes only 8min to the old town of Hội an by grab or taxi and if you don’t want to drive by car you can use the bicycles, which you can rent from the Hotel. The pool invites for a refreshment after a hot day and is very clean and beautiful arranged. Our stay was perfect thank you very much :)
