Siblings trip

Traveled w my family to Ameland . It was beautiful and quaint . Everything was walkable from our sleek cottage . Particularly enjoyed the patio and walking to the beach for sunset . Would love to stay again

on the day when we arrived it was 35 degrees inside the house and no air-con. we tried to make it cooler with opening all the windows and door but still got it down to 32, which was a disaster throughout the night. I would recommend staying at a place with airconditioning.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft über Fewo-direkt gebucht, weil sie ausdrücklich als „Haustiere erlaubt“ gekennzeichnet war. Vor der Buchung haben wir über den Portal-Chat mit einem Belvilla-Mitarbeiter kommuniziert und die Mitnahme von zwei Hunden bestätigt bekommen – schriftlich.Kurz vor Anreise verweigerte uns der Gastgeber jedoch die Mitnahme der Hunde, da diese angeblich nicht angemeldet seien. Obwohl wir den Nachweis (Chat-Verlauf, Bestätigung durch Fewo-direkt) vorgelegt haben, bot Belvilla weder eine Lösung noch eine Ersatzunterkunft an. Wir mussten kurzfristig selbst eine andere Unterkunft finden und hatten dadurch zusätzliche Kosten.Die Unterkunft selbst konnten wir deshalb gar nicht nutzen. Unser Eindruck: Angaben zur Tierfreundlichkeit sind nicht verlässlich, auch schriftliche Zusagen wurden nicht eingehalten. Für Reisende mit Hunden können wir diese Unterkunft (und Belvilla als Vermittler) leider nicht empfehlen.

Wir haben über Belvilla eine Unterkunft gebucht, die bei Fewo-direkt als „Haustiere erlaubt“ ausgeschrieben war. Über den Portal-Chat habe ich ausdrücklich angegeben, dass wir mit zwei Hunden reisen. Eine Belvilla-Mitarbeiterin bestätigte dies schriftlich. Kurz vor Anreise verweigerte der Gastgeber dennoch die Mitnahme der Hunde, mit der Begründung, diese seien nicht angemeldet. Trotz meiner Nachweise (Chat-Verlauf, Bestätigung durch Fewo-direkt) übernahm Belvilla keine Verantwortung und bot keine Ersatzunterkunft an. Wir mussten kurzfristig selbst etwas anderes buchen und hatten dadurch erhebliche Mehrkosten. Besonders enttäuschend ist der Umgang mit Beschwerden: In den E-Mails wird nicht nach Lösungen gesucht, sondern nur nach Ausreden. Statt klar Stellung zu beziehen oder Verantwortung zu übernehmen, schiebt Belvilla die Schuld systematisch auf Kunden oder „das System“. Fazit: Wir können Belvilla nicht empfehlen – schon gar nicht, wenn man mit Haustieren reist. Trotz schriftlicher Bestätigung wurden Zusagen nicht eingehalten, und die Kommunikation war ausschließlich ausweichend.

Das Haus und der Service ist ordentlich.Die Kücheneinrichtung ist allerdings aufs Minimum beschränkt. Kein Brotkorb und keine Butterdose,zu wenig Platz in den Schränken für Wäsche für einen 14tägigen Aufenthalt.

Het park is leuk en de faciliteiten zijn prima. Het eten in de brasserie is ook prima. Alleen de bedden zijn onnoemelijk slap en doorgezakt. Als je in het midden van het matras gaat zitten komen de uiteinden omhoog. Verder is Ameland zeer aan te bevelen. Leuke dorpjes, mooie natuurwandelingen en natuurlijk de vuurtoren, waarop je vanaf het park uitzicht hebt.

Einfach toll

Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt im Park. Das Ferienhaus war super- mit einem wundervollen Blick auf den Leuchtturm. Und in kürzester Zeit waren wir zu Fuß am Strand. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen. Sehr zu empfehlen. Auch die Buchung und alles drum herum hat gut geklappt.

Der Park – mit viel Grün und Wasserspielen – ist von Hollum aus mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, Strand und Meer, Wald zu Fuß erreichbar. Von unserem Haus aus blickte man auf den Leuchtturm, hatte aber wenig Privatsphäre gegenüber den Nachbarn auf der anderen Straßenseite (die zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht da waren). Die Häuser bestehen aus raffiniertem Wellblech, das „funktioniert“ und das man hören kann. Schön, dass es eine Terrassenüberdachung gibt. Ein zusätzlicher Meter in der Länge der Häuser würde es sofort viel schöner machen, da die Schlafzimmer jetzt sehr eng sind. Schöne geräumige Dusche.

Wir haben das letzte Wochenende in einem wunderschönen Haus in Ihrem Resort De Roompot in Ameland verbracht. Es hat uns so gut gefallen! Das Haus war makellos sauber, komplett und wunderbar hell und mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Leuchtturm, etwas ganz Besonderes! Ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der an einem ruhigen Ort in der Natur übernachten möchte. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!
