Freshly updated and ready for summer! This spacious and thoughtfully furnished home is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

• Large Media Room with extra sleeping space if needed
• Multiple porches and decks, grassy backyard for games
• Fully stocked kitchen with large island and ample dining seating
• Outdoor picnic table, grill, and outdoor shower
• Flat-screen TVs with sound bar in both the main living room and media room

• Walk to both ocean beach and sound access for fishing, kayaking, SUP, and swimming
• 1 mile to Town Center: playground, restaurants, shopping, wine/coffee bar, marina, mini-golf, roller skating, and the Jolly Roger Fishing Pier
• Close to new Surf City restaurants, breweries, distillery, and grocery stores
• Deeded sound access directly across the street with a beach, no dock access
