The first floor of this townhome offers 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom. It also offers a covered balcony with patio furniture and a swing so that you can enjoy the views while you are sipping on your coffee or a glass of wine. The second bedroom offers a double bed and a private bathroom. The laundry area with a washer & dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.

On the second floor, you'll discover the living room, a well equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Off of the living room you will find a sliding glass door that leads out to the open balcony. From the balcony you can enjoy stunning sunset views or a view of the Surf City High Rise Bridge in the distance.

This townhome is located approximately 0.7 miles south of the Surf City High Rise Bridge.

* Check out time is 10 AM.

* Complimentary items below are provided as a convenience for when you first arrive. Additional supplies will be the responsibility of the guest.
