Updated Oceanview Surf City Condo with Pool and Private Beach access

  • Enjoy the sound of waves crashing and beautiful views of the sea from your private balcony. Relax at the zero entry pool and utilize private beach access for a day of fun in the sun. Condo is updated with stainless steel appliances and includes in-unit laundry!

    Master bedroom has king bed and is attached to half bath, ensuring privacy as needed. Built in bunk beds are perfect for kids or singles, and are directly adjacent to full bath. murphy bed (queen) is located in living room and a spacious couch is in living room as well.
    Linens and beach towels included, as well as beach gear and life jackets/floaties for kids. Space is toddler friendly, equipped with clip on high chair, pack n play and toys.

Great location, our host Caroline is very accommodating and responded when asked questions. The complex is convenient to shops and restaurant's. Right The condo has a view of the ocean and pool. Overall very good complex and condo.

Perfect spot for a beach getaway

Condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend getaway to the beach - clean, well stocked, great location. Host was great to communicate with and quick to respond - would definitely stay here again!

The condo was great! The property was in a perfect location, easy access to the beach and pool. The unit was very clean and the perfect size for my family of 5. The host’s communication was excellent and prompt. I would definitely book here again in the future.

Beach Getaway

Amazing week at the beach. Everything needed for fun in the sand and at the pool was provided. Everything was clean, comfy beds, ample cooking supplies, & cleaning supplies provided. We had a great time!

Cute little paradise

The property was very accurate. Had lots of good interaction with the host and gave us some ideas of other activities to do at the beach! They provided towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and a few supplies just in case you forgot your own! Would stay here again!

Wonderful, relaxing stay!

Wonderful condo! We had everything we needed! The check in process was super easy and the host was quick to respond with any questions I might have. The condo was spacious, clean and modern…we had plenty of space. The views were gorgeous…we loved sitting on the balcony. The beach and the pool were just a short walk. Very family friendly. We look forward to returning!

Surf City Condo

The condo is exactly as advertised. The unit has a nice view of the pool and ocean and a very easy walk right down to the sand. It was exceptionally clean when we arrived. The host was very responsive to any question we had. We would stay there again.

Best condo stay on the island.

We have stayed at Surf Condos a few times in our 40+ years of visiting Topsail Island and this must be the most charming, roomy, best decorated Surf Condo unit. Caroline made sure to make us feel welcome and the basket of toiletries in case we forgot something was a nice touch. Wonderful view of the pool, green lawn and ocean as well. We had a fabulous, relaxing stay!
