Step inside and you’ll find a bright, reverse floorplan with the main living area on the top floor. Top Floor - Open concept kitchen/living room/dining area. The living room is stocked with many games for family entertainment, as well as a standup arcade with hundreds of games even the adults will remember and enjoy!
Middle Floor - There are three bedrooms located on this level, each with a queen sized bed. The master has an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and free standing shower. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom with double vanity and tub/shower combo. The master bedroom and one other bedroom offer deck direct deck access with amazing intracoastal waterway views.
A laundry room is located on this level as well with a full sized washer and dryer.
Bottom Floor - This floor features an additional sleeping space with a full size bed.
After a day on the water or beach, guests can use the outdoor shower for easy clean up. An elevator provides effortless access to every level, making your stay as convenient as it is enjoyable. This dog-friendly property allows up to 2 dogs (max) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per dog.
There is a keyless entry lock, and guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-stress, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.
