“The Herald was a cozy place to stay while we visited our daughter's family to celebrate a late Christmas. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and feeling like home. The mattress was amazing and we slept very well! Although the train did not bother us, I love their forethought to provide earplugs for light sleepers. "I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
