Fabulous rental in AMI

This unit was awesome! The decor was very nicely done and very tasteful and the owners supplied everything we could possibly need. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of extra towels as well as beach chairs, floats and umbrellas. This was our first stay on AMI and the beach was absolutely beautiful. The sunsets on the beach were spectacular and we can't wait to come back.

Loved! Just as cute as the pictures.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Very cute and clean and had all the necessities. It was comfortable for our family with 2 adults and 4 kids. The condo building was well maintained, felt safe and was right on the gorgeous beach! The kids loved the pool. This was our third trip to the island and we love its charm and beauty.

Beautiful condo. Newly remodeled. Large kitchen. Open concept. Loved sitting on the screened in lanai which has a partial view of the beach. Very roomy . There's a washer and dryer in the condo, which is so convenient. Loved the fact that the beach was so close, just down a little path. The short distance made it easy to go for walks every day and to go see sunsets. Heated pool is great for days too cool to go in the ocean. Short walking distance to some shops and ice cream with access to trolley for shops further away. Great restaurants close by. Absolutely loved our time here and can't wait to come back.

Outstanding!

Great location, great condition, great floor plan. Kitchen is brand new. Lots of room. Nice screened lanie. The place is immaculate. Easy access to beach. Close to everything but away from the traffic and congestion. You can't go wrong with this place. We'll be coming back again!

Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely condo! The new kitchen is great for fixing meals in and the updated living and sleeping areas are large and comfortable. The pool is warm and protected from the ocean breezes, which were cool in March. The ocean can be viewed from the screened in porch and is just a short walk through the courtyard. The wide, sandy beach is quiet and uncrowded. Parking is covered and reserved. We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful Condo!

My husband and I stayed here for a week getaway last Spring. The condo was perfect for us - quiet, relaxing and very comfortable. The condo is newly updated, very clean and well furnished. We enjoyed eating breakfast outside on the patio each morning. We spent most of our time on the beach which is just a short walk down a little path. Having the pool is a nice option and the tennis courts looked nice, but we didn't use them this time. The condo is conveniently located to be able to catch the trolley, and we walked home along the beach from dinner several times. I would highly recommend for couples or families looking for a nice place to stay with easy beach access. We will definitely be back!

Lovely, updated location. Perfect for family!

My husband, three children (ages 8, 14 and 18) and I stayed at this beautiful property last May. It had just been completely renovated. The renovations are wonderful. We loved the expansive kitchen and large bathrooms. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were extremely modern and clean. Large closets and space for your clothing. Laundry was right off of the kitchen which was so convenient. The main seating area was comfortable and great for dinners as a family. The unit was quiet and an easy direct walk (no need to cross a street) to the beach and ocean. The pool was never busy and was warm even in the early morning and evenings. We loved walking along the gorgeous beach and going to the multiple family friendly restaurants nearby. Also lots of fun shopping and great donut, ice cream and home decor spots nearby. We definitely can't wait to go back again next year! Beautiful property with very friendly management. Highly recommend!
