The rooms are small, scuff marks on wall as soon as we walked in, shame that was our first impression, It wouldn’t wipe off so needs painting , so I understand why it hadn’t been done but other than that it was clean n tidy … Breakfast ok .. location is a 4 min drive down to Holmefirth,

Room was lovely, we didn't arrive in time for dinner unfortunately as the kitchen closed at 9pm on the Saturday. There was only a hand towel in the bathroom rather than any towels to be able to use the shower/ bath. Slightly noisy up the stairs from the pub which is open until 11pm (not a complaint, just for awareness). Breakfast was lovely and great views
