Helen and Claire made me welcome and went above and beyond, recommending walks and providing me with everyhing to make the most of a short stay. I would highly recommend this cottage and location. "The hotel was very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was not great and the hotel in general needs a little TLC. There is ample parking and the hotel is opposite the New Mersey Shopping Park. It's only a couple of stops on the bus from John Lennon airport. Overall I would recommend the hotel and would stay again."
