"Our third visit to Heliotopos since 2022. We love room 33, which we always seem to get. It's comfortable, unpretentious and meets all our needs. Really comfy bed, excellent air con, good bathroom and living space. Excellent balcony area if the weather's good. You're really close to Tolo for eating, shopping and an amazing beach for swimming. There are lots of things to see and do, Napflion, Epidavros and Mycenae. The staff at Heliotopos are so welcoming and friendly throughout. They want you to have an amazing time and are so generous with breakfast. We'll hopefully be back again soon. "

"this was the most relaxing 4 days of our 40 year marriage. we relaxes, took day trips to explore local ruins, fishing villages and Nafplio. the staff were well informed and friendly. The breakfasts were excellent and fresh made on the spot. And the afternoon "snacks" easily became our evening meals, delivered to our patio. The bar was fully stocked with variety of interesting local cocktails, beers and wines. Great beds and perfect A/C. Thank You. Tauna Austin"

"A dream of a villa. We had an amazing time. The views are staggering. Out across the sea, for miles and miles, all framed by the Peloponnese and Methana. The house is perfect. Stylish without being precious, and very well-equipped and usable. The pool and outdoor dining area are wonderful and it's a joy to be able to trundle down the steps to the near-private beach below. The photos absolutely do not do it justice; and Christopher, the owner, couldn't have been nicer. Communicative, helpful charming - he allowed us to arrive early and leave late. The immediate area is fascinating and beautiful - Methana is extraordinary, and Galatas is a wonderful port town, while the amazing theatre at Epidavros is just a short drive away. I can't recommend the villa more highly. We had the most perfect holiday, with more than enough room for twelve of us. Thank you. We could have stayed for ever ... "

"10/10 recommend this hotel. The staff is friendly, speaks English, and is always available. The lobby is right behind the restaurant that is street side. Enter on the walkway to the left, door is just past the restaurant on the right. Beach towels are available to rent for 2€ each, keep them for your entire stay. Breakfast served everyday ending at 1100, it’s not buffet, you will have a server bring your food. Your option of eggs every day, as well as other food will be brought out depending on the day. It was all excellent when I was there. The rooms are clean, have internet access, a safe, fridge, and large shower. Very central location with plenty of stores, beaches, and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Even late at night in the dark we felt safe, plenty of people around. The island isn’t that busy, though it is catered to tourists, but in a slower more relaxed way. No one ever came up to us to try and sell us things. There is always space at the beach. If I ever end up back I’ll be staying at this hotel. "
