Spacious Beautiful home w/ Mountain Bay Views
Custom built 2nd story home in the heart of Homer. Decorated for style, designed for comfort with scenic bay and mountain views, and gorgeous soaking tub. Coffee, wine, and snacks all complimentary to you upon arrival so relax and enjoy the amazing view. Relax in the soaking tub, watch a movie in the luxurious king sized bed, or sip coffee at the table with that world class view. The house is located close to amazing restaurants, the famous Homer Spit and many other activities.
This one bedroom one and a half bath upstairs home has a large open kitchen/dining/living space. Plenty of space to visit, cook, and create memories with loved ones. Master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bath with luxurious soaking tub. The living area couch transitions into a sofa bed for those extra guests.
This upstairs unit has a spacious private deck overlooking the Kachemak Mountain Range. There is a small set of stairs leading up to your private entrance from your separate parking area. Downstairs is a second apartment that has lovely long-term residents. Although children are welcome to stay with you, this home is not child-proofed.
Guests have private access to the entire home and private deck. The downstairs apartment of the building has longterm very kind tenants.
New neighborhood with views of the bay and mountains.
Home is 5 minutes away from town and restaurants.
This home is not baby or toddler-proofed and therefore is not classified as safe or suitable for infants or children. There is also low lying steps on the way to the unit that does not have railing. There is a small but wide staircase leading up to the home and deck.
Additional Guest Agreement - Guests are required to review the house rule as well as sign The Arrival Co. Guest Agreement. If you have any questions or concerns about the Guest Agreement please feel free to reach out to us prior to making the reservation.
Video Cameras and Noise Monitoring
Video Surveillance cameras monitor the exterior of our home. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here. It in no way infringes upon the expectation of privacy in these public areas. Additionally, we have installed noise monitors in the property to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and peaceful stay. These monitors help us detect any excessive noise levels that may disturb the neighbors, (they do NOT record any conversations, just decibel levels). We want to ensure that everyone has a great experience during their stay with us and that everyone can enjoy a peaceful environment.
These devices are not located in any private spaces such as bathrooms or bedrooms and have been installed for the safety and security of our guests and the property as well as to minimize disturbances to neighbors.
We take your privacy and security seriously, and we want to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your stay with us. If you have any concerns or questions about our security measures, please do not hesitate to contact us. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and have a memorable experience.
When booking directly our cancellation policy is as follows:
Fully refundable if guests cancels within 48 hours of booking AND its at least 14 full days prior to check in.
50% refund of accommodation fees and taxes (minus a 4% credit card processing fee), cancellation must be made 7 full days prior to check in time.
If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
Extenuating Circumstances Policy:
When this Policy allows for cancellation, it controls and takes precedence over the reservation’s cancellation policy. Guests that are impacted by an event covered by this Policy can cancel their reservation and receive, depending on the circumstances, a cash refund or credit can be given. If the Host is impacted by an event covered by this Policy they can cancel without adverse consequences, but, depending on the circumstances, their calendars may be blocked for the dates of the cancelled reservation.
What events are covered
This Policy uses the term “Event” to refer to the following situations that occur after booking, are unforeseen at the time of booking, and prevent or legally prohibit completion of the reservation.
Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.
Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local or national emergencies, epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies. This does not include diseases that are endemic or commonly associated with an area—for example, malaria in Thailand or dengue fever in Hawaii.
Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.
Military actions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, rebellions, riots, insurrection, civil disorder, and civil unrest.
Natural disasters. Natural disasters, acts of God, large-scale outages of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis, and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not include weather or natural conditions that are common enough to be foreseeable in that location—for example, hurricanes occurring during hurricane season in Florida.
What is not covered: Everything else.
