"Happy to have found this gem to stay in for our trip to visit Biscayne and Everglades National Parks! This house is at the end of a quiet street, immediately adjacent to the Florida turnpike (though no immediate access to the turnpike - very little road noise). This is a newer, extremely well maintained home - one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. Fully stocked kitchen, starter toiletries, full laundry. Three nicely sized bedrooms plus the spacious main suite then plenty of room to spread out in the common areas. The hot tub was perfect after our long days of exploring. Again, this property is nearly spotless - except staining on the carpet in a lot of areas, you'd never even know this place was used. Even the hot tub was crystal clean. Owner was very responsive to questions both before and during our stay. Homestead is a nice area with plenty of restaurants and just out of the hustle and bustle of Miami - lots of tree farms and fruit stands in the area. 15 minutes from Biscayne, 30-60 minutes to Ernest Coe/Royal Palm and Shark Valley Visitor Centers. Great stay for our small family of 3, but would be comfortable for up to 8."

"Communication with host was excellent. The townhouse was very clean, despite being pet friendly! The host may be new to hosting, but you can tell he is working hard to make it a perfect home away from home for his guests. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at night, but nothing that really kept us up. Heads up, if you are allergic or sensitive to perfumes ask Frank to remove the glade plug-ins before you arrive. He just wants your stay to be comfortable. "

"This property worked out great for us. It was very clean and an ideal location. Restaurants and stores are very close and near the turnpike. The hot tub was not functioning, but we didn't plan on using it anyway. Sofia was very accommodating when it came to parking our cars. The house only has parking for two cars with no street parking. Sophia worked out a way to get our third car in the driveway solving our issue. The house came with everything we needed for our four week stay. The neighborhood was very nice with several cops living in the area. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Sophia!! "

"The house was well appointed with all the things you need to be comfortable. The shower pressure was a favorite feature! The owner was quick to respond to questions during the stay! The location was great for visiting Everglades National Park! "

"Everything was alright until the house motion sensor alarm started going off. It went off twice when we went out the back door and sat in the living room. Then the owner came and told us that we were being too loud and kicked us out after midnight. Super rude. Such a scam. Never rent this place out!!!!"

"Host was awesome. Dishwasher was not working properly but did not affect our stay. Pool and hot tub worked out perfectly for our needs. Overall great stay. I’m sure we will be back. Ty. "
