There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the...

「No regular coffee in the room. Asked at desk and they said they don’t supply any, only decafe. Next day asked again and very rudley said here this is all we have and gave us 2 kpods. The room has a regular coffee maker so didn’t help. Room was dirty and the first morning our room power went out. They said don’t plug anything in, we didn’t have anything plugged in, not even our phones. All of the staff was very rude as well. Will never stay again and will make sure no one we know ever stays.」

And sorry but smelled not great…It is a room with a tub in the room itself so that could be why felt damp… the bathroom shower area had definite mold issues and the shower head was not ideal (it could come off but that was the only way to adjust). I am sorry to be harsh but it was rough. It was parents weekend at Iowa so it was a cheaper stay but was still far more than we would have paid for that experience if we had known. The...
