Wish we’d had more time here, it’s a lovely property with kind and helpful staff and a nice restaurant we wish we’d gone to rather than the more touristy ones on the Vieux Bassin. A great stay, thanks.
Hotel was lovely and good location. Staff were very friendly and helped me with luggage. Dog friendly room and ability to sit with us with breakfast was appreciated.
The receptionist was super friendly and respectful and the room (junior suite) was very roomy. The design was rich and luxurious feeling, and the bathroom was beautiful and well appointed.
A beautiful building made into a stunning hotel! Lovely staff on hand who were attentive and very helpful. Car parking was secure and easy to follow. Easy to walk into honfleur but away from the main streets.
Quiet, clean and friendly hotel. Well worth the cost. Staff are fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

Quality hotel. Nicely decorated. Would suggest having a chair in the room as there is nowhere to sit other than the bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly return.
Just a wonderful experience! Close to the waterfront and all the dining. Beautiful grounds and modern rooms It is the spa experience boutique hotel. Very easy check in and staff were superb. When I come back I will make sure to book longer.
When we arrived at the hotel we were very pleasantly greeted and checked in. Overall the staff we very pleasant and helpful at all times. There was plenty of carpaking which is a luxury in Honfluer this close to the centre(10min stroll). The in house restaurant is all great value with great food. We had dinner and breakfast there and were not disappointed. A great place to stay and would return.
We chose this hotel because we had a car that we were going to need to park. So for 10 euros a night we were able to park in their private lot just behind the hotel. The building is lovely from the outside, but we were not thrilled with the interior design -- a lot of black and white swirls. Our room was spacious, but the finishes seemed a bit cheap. The spa was tiny and no one ever seemed to be there. We ate a lunch and a dinner at the restaurant and it was very good, both the service and the food. However, the breakfast, for which they charge 30 euros was, according to my husband, pretty terrible. The staff at the front desk was a mixed bag. Some of them were very professional, others did not seem to know how to do their job.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was fairly small with the view of a sloping roof. The staff moved us but in the end all the windows in the new room were in the vaulted roof and unable to see out of them. On the front the main road was pretty noisy and suffered from 2 rounds of bins being emptied at 6.30am. Made no real use of the Spa facilities so this might be a consideration if you like/don’t like the availability. Overall the location, staff and breakfast were good but I did need feel value for money. Do your research.

Lovely personal check in and introduction to the hotel,
When we chose to sit by the pool in the wonderful weather Honfleur was enjoying, I noticed The pool Filtration system was not working, this was reported immediately to the staff however it was not made operational during the next five hours, by which time it was time to get ready for dinner. I would have expected the pool to have been closed to guests due to no filtration in the interest of hygiene and health however this option was rejected by the management.
Very disappointing having chosen the hotel in part for its pool / spa facilities.

Honfleur itself is a hidden gem. The Hotel Rituel is well located to walk into the centre of town. The surroundings are not picturesque and we felt it was overpriced for what it was and would expect more for what we paid. The photographs are deceiving the pool is tiny. The rooms were large and clean we had two suites the other rooms looked a lot smaller, the hot water didn’t work in one shower! The spa treatments were lovely and the staff charming. I wouldn’t expect to pay for parking on top and felt this an unecessary charge. When we arrived we were told at check in breakfast was included, it wasn’t and it was expensive for what it was. We are very familiar with 4/5 star hotels and feel by comparison to other 4 stars we’ve stayed in this was not good value for money. Location good, staff friendly but over all not worth what we paid.
I can't even begin to explain how gorgeous this place is. What a thrill it was to have the opportunity to stay here. Lorena (our hotel manager) was SUPER spectacular in her professionalism and stellar with the hospitality she gave to us. The rooms were something out of a Hollywood movie. Super modern and spacious. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Plenty of parking. The proximity to old town Honfleur is a short walk. Close to a supermarket and many restaurants. Highly recommended to stay here.
It was a great stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect just a few blocks away from the action, but not in the middle of the noisy streets. Rooms are neat, confortable bed and quiet (even when we were in the ground floor). Spa is a nice extra. Good breakfast with freshly baked bread.
The hotel was newly renovated. But our room 219 was on 2 floor without elevator to 2nd floor which was a problem with a lot of luggage.
There was only windows in the roof. This meant that we felt like staying in cave.
The shower was only giving Very hot water the first day. I was fixed after we complained about it.
Breakfast was very expensive.
