Stayed here for one night on a layover in Hong Kong, but we've already decided we'd like to come back to HK and would likely stay here again. Spacious rooms, great facilities, centrally located, fantastic common area. Definitely a gem.

The Figo is a great option in Hong Kong. Great location and helpful staff. The coffee machine and happy hours are much appreciated. The rooms are a little tired but they have everything you need. Housekeeping is done to a high standard.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always prepared to help. They couldn’t be faulted. The air conditioning was very effective and the room spacious. The general lounge /social areas and outdoor terrace were particularly inviting with a variety of comfortable furniture and a large table at which to work or play some of the board games provided. The area became a welcoming social hub where numerous guests would sit and talk.

Tightly tucked away in the city, but once inside, a very pleasant experience. The property has a full fitness center, evening happy hour, and complementary soft drinks and coffee all day. The property is very close to Harbour experiences and attractions and very accessible and convenient for Uber & taxis. They're also close (walking distance) to neighborhood bars, restaurants, convenience/grocery stores, and other forms of mass public transportation.

This was my second time staying at The Figo and both times it has been fantastic. The staff are all very friendly and were considerate of the fact we were travelling in a group, so put us in rooms all on the same level. The free happy hour of an evening is a great perk and the common area offers a nice place to relax.

Venezia was the best staff ever!! She was so sweet and helpful and told us a ton of stuff to do around the area. She was very accommodating to us 3 girls who are newish to traveling in international places. The property was really great, there is a shared living area with coffee machine that makes lattes!, free juice, and free happy hour from 5:30-6:30pm. The room was clean and comfortable and bathroom was great! we had an amazing experience and will be back if we ever visit this area again,

This was our second stay at The Figo. Customer sevice was exceptional for the whole stay. Rooms are comfortable and well thought out. Location is fantastic, easy to get to transport and in the middle of a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of places to explore. We’ll definitely be back again

Great hotel, close to transport for Hong Kong

Nice hotel with close access to all transport. Clean room, amazing pressure shower, tea and coffee making facilities. Didn't feel cramped at all. This was a great room to use as a base for seeing Hong Kong.

It's our second time staying here. Check-in was smooth and they upgraded us to a larger room. We really like staying here. The common area has free water, free coffee and a good variety of games. The room has divided areas for sleeping and "living area", perfect for us dealing with jet lag.

Great stay

Booked this for my dad as I live nearby and it was perfect. He had a little apartment which was very comfortable. The lounge area is lovely and has a happy hour everyday and soft drinks/coffee all day. The terrace was a nice space too. Gym limited but a great extra. Location is great most things within 15mins walk.

Got upgraded to a premier suite which was much appreciated. Great amount of space (for a HK hotel), nice design, nice features, comfy bed. Appreciated having the sink, fridge, counters, sofa, etc. Beautiful views from the 20th floor. Liked the lounge area with free drinks including beer.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Booked the standard room and they kindly upgraded the room to a queen premier. Very spacious! Location is perfect - smack in the middle of sheung wan, walkable to SYP MTR (recommended option as it’s more sheltered during summer heat) about 5 mins walk; walkable to Sheung Wan MTR (a lot of small bars and eateries a long the way but largely not sheltered) about 7 mins walk.

Lovely hotel with efficient facilities - they have a gym which was great and quiet. The only negative comment I have is that the air conditioning in the room I was initially assigned was so loud that I actually had to move rooms (the front desk was happy to relocate me and this made a big difference). Otherwise, had a great stay here.

A lovely stay in this very comfortable hotel. The room size is tight but well equippe. Also, the hotel staff were very helpful portaying excellent communication throughout my time there. However, I was unable to open my bedroom window & it was hot in that setting. That was difficult, for me. Also, the TV was displaying cartoons & I could not access any news channels. No sure if I needed a subscription to acess netflix etc?

Excellent cleaning, no bed bugs!

Best part was I fully expected bed bugs, yet we had none! So small even though we booked a suite already. I have stayed in many hotels in HK, this was a low ceiling newly refurbished property that likely used to be a motel. Excellent job by cleaning staff, however, it’s not their fault management chose to keep leaky A/C units and stained old carpets.
