"Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. Overall we liked our stay there even though it was just for a night."

"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel location was fine, an easy walk to the grand place. Reception staff were friendly. We had a suite with an extra bed for our teenager, which was also nice. The housekeeping was lacking: they only made up the beds and didn't remove dirty cups and glasses, or provide new coffee pods. Breakfast was also disappointing. Both days we came downstairs within the advertised time to find hardly anything left. One day we even had to ask for bread. No pastries left, and no warm food. "
