What an experience. Not a great one i might add. We arrived after a long flight to the condo to find the condo had not been cleaned. She assured me that her cleaning service did clean and pretty much told me that i was not being truthful. I sent her around 20 pictures and then she finally with great hesitation told me that they did clean but not properly. She called her cleaning lady and had her stop back by that evening to clean. They have a 3 min drop off in front of the condo to stop your car and unload your luggage. The parking spot offered was another fiasco. The key fob did not work to the garage. After several hours and videos sent to the owner i found out that security had deactivated the fob earlier in the day before our check in. She told me that it had worked all day. Which was another falsehood. After sweet talkng the security i was able to park our rental car several hours after check in. In side the unit is dated and not kept up very well. She has 3 portable a/c units and they blew the circuit when all 3 were on. She told that the building is really old and the electrical isnt very good. Outlet in the bathroom did not work. Girls had to do their hair in the kitchen. Owner did compensate us $200 for our trouble. I would have
