Comfy stay
We’ve booked one night here at first, then we decided to go there one day before and booked one more day. We told the reception lady when we arrived check in, she said it’s ok, no need to do the check in again and we could stay in the same room. The next day at ten mins before ten, a housekeeper locked on our door and told us to check out. We’re surprised and told her our case, she told us to check with the reception. Then the reception said we’ve to check out and come back by 4 to check in again. To our disappointment, we asked if we could have other options, she said pay for late check out until noon only 🙁, Whats the point? After we’ve packed all things to get out of the room, another lady walked by and told us we could stay and keep the room, we appreciated her so much. Then the reception phoned us and said we could stay and we asked if there’s housekeeper cleaning, she said yes and we told us we’ll leave at 11am and let her inform them to do housekeeping. We went back at the evening and found that no housekeeper came do the housekeeping, nothing refilled at all. We’re very disappointed with the communications of this hotel and hope they will improve in the future.
The pool was good but need to pay.
The name of hotel is confusing.
