“I had an excellent stay at Golden Mesa Casino & Hotel. My room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The entire property was exceptionally well maintained and had a welcoming atmosphere. What stood out the most was the outstanding customer service. “I was happy with the property for what we paid. We needed a couple hours sleep to continue our drive. The lady we spoke with when checking in was very polite and courteous. The breakfast was decent other than the coffee.”

“It is definitely an older building and the rooms are dated. You can tell the staff goes above and beyond when trying to upkeep the property. While we were there the pool was closed until further notice so that wasn't ideal. The breakfast could be a lot more that what it was. However, with all that said I would stay again if I was in that area.”

“The room was very clean. The door was hard to open and to shut. We were on the 2 nd floor the walk way needs to be repair and the stairs to the 2 nd floor had areas that were rusted out and is dangerous would have taken pictures but it was raining wish they had turned on their conditioner it was very warm in the room when we checked in. But room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe walking my dog around the property.”

“The hotel was staff was horrible. After paying through expedia, they wanted a deposit of $50 and would not take a credit card, finally, they said they would accept a credit card, but would charge and extra fee, not refundable. I stayed many times over the past 10 years, and they never charged a deposit previously. I found dates and charges for the hotel, but they claimed I had never stayed there before-said they looked through there system. Expedia needs to make it clear this hotel charges……
