Nice, quiet and easy access. The only thing I was disappointed about was that I had reserved and prepaid for a smoking room but when I arrived I was informed that there wasn’t one available.

I didn't like that the house keepers don't knock on the door first before they use the master key to come in to clean. I also didn't like that there was no door hanging signs to say yes or no for cleaning service or do not disturb.

There was hair in the bathroom sink. Housekeeking never came to clean our room out of our 2 day stay.we only had one set of towel for 2 days.

I had booked a room for my three kids and I, and at first the service was awful, the man in front was taking pictures of my behind, yes my butt... We walk into the room and realize the door that is on the inside of room is open and is also unlocked. My son goes over to turn the TV on and well it doesn't work, the entire cable box was missing. And to top it all off the front door is DID NOT LOCK FROM THE INSIDE. MOST AWFUL PLACE IVE EVEN BEEN TO ....

No Family/ Commercial Use Only

I called this company before I left Temple and before I made reservations on hotels.com. I clarified that I had two huge dogs and that they accepted animals! I arrived at the hotel and the billing did not match hotels.com billing. I paid the premium for the animals and went about my business. Day number two, they failed to change bed sheets or clean room, they simply replaced one hand towel! That night I was approached by the manager, telling me my animals were not allowed and I had to leave! I said I would be happy to leave but he would have to credit me the two nights that I was not receiving! He refused, I told him to call the police because we're going to have an issue! The police came, he refunded the two nights and I left to return to Texas! 40 years of living on the road and moteling it commercially, this is one of the most disgraceful experiences I have ever had! This motel should only be utilized for the commercial trade and drivers! They don't even have breakfast or any of the amenities that they have listed, even the swimming pool was closed!
