“This was my 2nd time staying at Yamhill Flats and it was the perfect home away from home. Communication with property managers was prompt and the welcome bottle gift (bottle of wine, coffee and popcorn) was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, dishes, spices and tinfoil so preparing meals was effortless. Very comfortable bed and tidy/clean bathroom. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“The apartment was nice, clean, and comfortable. We were there for a family wedding and it was in the perfect location for us. The communication with Angela (property manager) was great! There was an issue with the unit we booked, but she let us know before hand and moved us to another unit. The check-in process was easy and Angela even sent videos to make sure we knew how to work the locks. I was there with my husband and sister-in-law. We had plenty of space and were all comfortable. “Great location for tasting rooms and cute local shops. The apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and well equipped. Denise even stocked me with breakfast items! She is thoughtful and kind. My only comment would be that parts of the neighborhood are visually run down but at no time did I ever feel unsafe.”

“This was a super easy place to stay in Salem. Parking was easy - and Angela had put together great instructions prior to our arrival. The location was wonderful and we had Isaac's coffee each morning as it was 2 doors down! We didn't have any issues with noise at night. I didn't know what a New York Loft meant - but I do now! This was super spacious - but you will be cozy as 2 of the bedroom spaces are out in the open - no closed rooms. I was only expecting one space to be out in the open. Again……
